Field manual
Public records. Clear boundaries.
Open a case
Enter a Solana account address. The first successful lookup establishes a baseline. Case settings include a name, optional token mint, a 30/60/120-second cadence and the direction of changes to record. The desk holds up to 12 cases.
Monitoring
Checks run one case at a time while this browser tab is open and visible. Closing, hiding or sleeping the tab interrupts checks. Browser alerts require permission and last for the current session. This release is not a 24/7 cloud notification service.
The Changes view compares balance observations. It cannot reconstruct all movements between scans. Fees, rent and multiple operations can affect a SOL delta. An unchanged balance does not mean no activity occurred.
Token scope
Balances include classic SPL and Token-2022 accounts. Selecting a mint narrows the token inventory and includes up to four current token accounts in the recent-history lookup. SOL observations remain visible. A failed or truncated token lookup does not become a zero balance.
Evidence
History reads the latest 15 finalized signatures for each covered address, merging at most 30 records. Wallet-address history alone is not a complete record of incoming SPL transfers. Additional, closed and older token accounts may lie outside the window.
Open a transaction to inspect parsed System and SPL transfers, including inner instructions, involving your subject. Unsupported activity stays unclassified. A transfer is not necessarily a sale; an address is not proof of a person's identity. Failed transactions do not produce executed transfer entries.
Token instruction amounts may differ from net changes, including transfer fees. Separate RPC reads are not an atomic snapshot. Observation time and chain transaction time are different fields.
Your records
Case files are browser-local, not encrypted cloud backups. Up to 150 changes per case are retained. Export before clearing browser data. Import restores configuration, paused, and fetches evidence afresh instead of trusting imported observations.
A file fingerprint identifies serialized observation data. It is not an on-chain attestation, third-party signature or proof that an export has not been edited.
Authority and privacy
SNITCH does not connect to your wallet, ask for signatures or recovery phrases, trade or move assets. Only public addresses are sent for public-chain reads. Public RPC and explorer services can see the addresses you query. Local labels stay in your browser.
Agent status
The public desk uses deterministic monitoring and transaction decoding. The source includes a separate optional eve research agent with read-only tools. Public LLM sessions and a background watcher are not enabled. No fabricated activity is used to fill the screen.
Release status
Independent, unaudited software. No official Pump.fun affiliation, token allocation, airdrop or investment outcome is promised. Token CA: SOON. An unavailable source is reported, not replaced with invented records.
